Refund policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through UnifyBoard and governs the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Digital Product Sales

All products and services offered by UnifyBoard are digital and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once access or download to the product has been provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered due to an error on our side.
  • The product is defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period after you have contacted our support team.
  • You have not accessed, activated, or downloaded the product in any way.

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Any requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for consideration.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Accidental purchase or wrong selection of product.
  • Incompatibility issues explicitly disclosed prior to purchase.
  • No longer wanting to use the product or switching to a different solution.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through our contact form at https://unifyboard.com/contact/ and include your order details along with a clear explanation of the reason for your request. We will review and respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 3–5 business days.

Chargebacks

By purchasing from UnifyBoard, you agree to contact us to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback request with your payment provider. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and associated licenses.

Modifications to this Policy

UnifyBoard reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about our current policies.
